What does Palmetto Peptides sell?
We provide high-purity research peptides and compounds intended exclusively for laboratory
research and development. All products are for in vitro use only and not for human
consumption.
Are your products tested?
Yes — each batch undergoes independent third-party testing for purity, identity, and
composition. Every product includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying the results.
When will my order ship?
We make every effort to process and ship all orders within one business day or less. Orders
placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after
that time or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders ship via UPS 2-Day with a flat rate of $15.00, which includes shipping insurance for
loss, damage, or theft. Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking
number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 business days or is marked as delivered but missing,
contact us at hello@palmettopeptides.com within 48 hours of the delivery status update. All
orders are insured and eligible for a one-time replacement.
