Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error are eligible for return or replacement.
- Due to the sensitive nature of peptides, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless proven defective.
How to Return a Product

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective).
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
