Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.

• USPS Priority Mail — 2-3 business days (includes tracking)
• Free shipping on orders over $200

Packaging

All orders ship in discreet packaging with no external markings indicating contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Storage Upon Receipt

Peptides are stable at room temperature during transit. Upon receipt, transfer products immediately to freezer storage (-20°C) for maximum stability.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping regulations for research peptides vary significantly by country.

Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive nature of research products and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@palmettopeps.com. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
