Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.

  • USPS Priority Mail — 2-3 business days (includes tracking)
  • Free shipping on orders over $200

Packaging

All orders ship in discreet packaging with no external markings indicating contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Storage Upon Receipt

Peptides are stable at room temperature during transit. Upon receipt, transfer products immediately to freezer storage (-20°C) for maximum stability.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping regulations for research peptides vary significantly by country.

Returns Policy

Research Product Nature

Due to the sensitive nature of research products, we have specific return guidelines to ensure product integrity:

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original packaging with seals intact
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products stored improperly after receipt
  • Items returned after 14 days

Return Process

  1. Contact marketing@palmettopeps.com for return authorization
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, ship to the provided return address
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
